Required Information for a Valid Notice

To process a notice, please include:

Your full legal name (or company name) and your contact email

The exact URL(s) of the content you are reporting

Screenshots (recommended)

The basis of the claim and a clear explanation of why the content should be removed or restricted

For IP claims, evidence of ownership or authorization (e.g., registration, original work, license)

Required statements (copy/paste):

"I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law."

"The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the rights holder or am authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder."

Signature: type your full legal name as an electronic signature.

Our Review Process

We may:

Acknowledge receipt and request additional information

Remove or restrict access to content

Request clarification from the complainant

Notify the affected user (where applicable and permitted)

Decline incomplete, abusive, or unfounded notices

Timing varies depending on complexity and volume.

Counter-Notices

If content is removed and you believe the claim is incorrect, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with:

Your contact details

The URL(s) and description of removed content

An explanation of why removal was mistaken

Supporting evidence (if available)

Consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus (or your local jurisdiction where required by law)

Your electronic signature

We may restore content unless we receive notice of legal action or restoration is prohibited by law.

Repeat Infringers and Abuse

We may suspend accounts of repeat infringers where permitted.

Submitting false or abusive notices may result in rejection and other actions; you may be liable under applicable law.

We may share information from a notice or counter-notice with affected users as permitted by law. We process personal data under our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
