2.1 Entertainment-only. The Service is an entertainment-focused commerce experience involving the purchase of mystery boxes with randomized item allocation. It is not a financial product and not an investment scheme.
2.2 No expectation of profit. You should not use the Service with an expectation of profit. The value of items allocated may be less than the price paid, and market prices may change over time.
2.3 No advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
3.1 Age. The Service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
3.2 Restricted jurisdictions. The Service may not be available in certain locations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you live. We may restrict or block access by jurisdiction at our discretion.
3.3 No circumvention. You may not use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent geo-restrictions or compliance controls.
Your user account on the Service.
A physical product or other allocated item revealed through a mystery box.
A product purchase that results in a randomized allocation of an Item.
Your account balance which may be funded by crypto deposits and credited through Exchanges; withdrawable as cryptocurrency subject to these Terms, verification, compliance checks, minimums, and fees.
Promotional credit granted by the Company. Bonus Credit is not withdrawable and may have additional conditions.
Exchanging an Item for Withdrawable Balance at the displayed value at the time you confirm.
An informational reference price derived from external market sources and internal rules for a category, which may change over time.
5.1 Account creation. You may need to create an Account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
5.2 Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your Account.
5.3 One person, one account. Unless explicitly permitted, you may not create multiple accounts or use accounts to abuse promotions, Exchange pricing, or other features.
5.4 Suspension/termination. We may suspend or terminate Accounts, pause withdrawals, or restrict features if we suspect fraud, abuse, policy violations, or non-compliance.
6.1 Mystery boxes and randomized allocation. When you purchase a Mystery Box, you receive a randomized allocation of an Item. Allocation is determined by the method described in our Fairness & Transparency disclosures.
6.2 Transparency disclosures. We provide information intended to help users understand and verify the allocation process. This is provided for informational purposes and does not imply any guarantee of outcome.
6.3 Item availability and substitutions. Items, variants, sizes, colors, regions, and availability may change. Where necessary (e.g., discontinued product), we may substitute an equivalent item of comparable specification/value consistent with applicable law.
7.1 Displayed prices. Prices shown on the Service are listed in a reference currency for display purposes. Payments are made in cryptocurrency based on the rate shown at checkout.
7.2 Order confirmation. A purchase is complete when the cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed and the Service confirms the purchase.
7.3 Errors. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel affected transactions or correct the error, subject to applicable law.
8.1 Crypto-only. The Service supports cryptocurrency payments only.
8.2 Irreversibility. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for selecting the correct network and address.
8.3 Fees. Network fees ("gas fees") and other third-party fees may apply and are not controlled by the Company.
8.4 Third-party providers. Deposits and withdrawals may be facilitated by third-party services (exchanges, payment facilitators, wallets, blockchain infrastructure). Provider availability may vary.
8.5 Minimums. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are shown in the deposit/checkout flow.
9.1 Withdrawable Balance (withdrawable). Withdrawable Balance may be used to purchase products on the Service and may be withdrawn as cryptocurrency, subject to verification, compliance checks, security review, minimums, and fees.
9.2 Bonus Credit (not withdrawable). Bonus Credit is promotional, may have conditions (e.g., usage requirements), and is never withdrawable. We may modify, revoke, expire, or claw back Bonus Credit where permitted by law, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
9.3 Adjustments. We may correct obvious system errors (including pricing/balance errors) and adjust affected balances where permitted by law.
10.1 Exchange option. After an Item is revealed, you may (a) request shipping, or (b) Exchange the Item for Withdrawable Balance, if available for that Item.
10.2 Displayed value. The Exchange value shown is the final value you will receive if you confirm the Exchange at that time.
10.3 Market Price Index. Exchange values are based on a Market Price Index and may change over time due to market movement, liquidity, item variants, region differences, and other factors.
10.4 Included fulfillment/shipping component. Exchange values may include a built-in fulfillment/shipping component and handling costs; therefore, the Exchange value may be lower than external marketplace listing prices.
10.5 Quote validity. Exchange values may be time-limited and may change before confirmation. The Service will show the value applicable at the moment you confirm.
10.6 Abuse prevention. If we detect manipulation, abuse, automated behavior, or suspicious activity related to Exchange values, we may restrict Exchanges, pause withdrawals, reverse related credits where permitted by law, or suspend the Account.
11.1 Eligibility. Withdrawable Balance is eligible for withdrawal as cryptocurrency, except for Bonus Credit which is never withdrawable.
11.2 Reviews and holds. Withdrawals may be delayed or held for verification, AML/KYC compliance, fraud prevention, security review, legal obligations, or risk controls.
11.3 Fees and minimums. Minimum withdrawal amounts and fees may apply and will be shown in the withdrawal flow. Network fees are borne by the user unless stated otherwise.
11.4 User responsibility. You are responsible for providing the correct wallet address and selecting the correct network. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses, incorrect networks, or external wallet/provider errors.
12.1 Shipping availability. Shipping depends on destination, item category, legal restrictions, and carrier availability. Some destinations or items may be excluded.
12.2 Address responsibility. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses.
12.3 Customs and taxes. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
12.4 Timing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier, carrier, and customs processes.
12.5 Shipping policy. Additional terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
13.1 General. Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and Mystery Box purchases result in immediate allocation, refunds are limited and handled only as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
13.2 Eligible cases. Eligible cases may include technical failures attributable to the Service, duplicate charges, or other limited situations described in the policy.
13.3 No refunds for market movement. Changes in market prices do not constitute grounds for a refund.
13.4 Policy controls. Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated by reference.
14.1 Verification. We may require identity verification, source-of-funds information, or other checks to comply with AML/KYC requirements and to protect the Service.
14.2 Refusal or failure. If you fail verification or provide false information, we may restrict your Account, cancel shipping, hold withdrawals, or terminate access as permitted by law.
14.3 Monitoring. We may monitor activity for fraud, abuse, and compliance purposes.
14.4 Policy. Our AML & KYC Policy is incorporated by reference.
You agree not to:
Use the Service if you are underage or in a restricted jurisdiction
Engage in fraud, money laundering, or attempts to conceal the origin of funds
Exploit promotions, Exchange values, pricing, or withdrawals through bots, automation, or coordinated manipulation
Create multiple accounts or otherwise circumvent limits
Interfere with the Service's security or operation
Upload illegal content or infringe third-party rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Service are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.
17.1 No guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
17.2 Third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party providers (wallets, networks, exchanges, payment facilitators, carriers, suppliers).
17.3 Market volatility. Market prices fluctuate. We do not guarantee the market value of any Item or any Exchange value over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to the Company for the relevant transaction in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to liability, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updates and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the referenced policies (Privacy & Cookies, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, AML & KYC Policy, and Fairness & Transparency disclosures), form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
