This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.
Important Notes
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. For that reason, refunds are limited.
  • Mystery box purchases result in an immediate allocation of an item at reveal. This is an entertainment-focused commerce experience with randomized item allocation.
  • This Policy does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Definitions
"Item": A physical product allocated through a mystery box.
"Exchange" (Sell-Back): Exchanging an allocated Item for Withdrawable Balance at the value displayed at the time of confirmation.
"Withdrawable Balance": Your withdrawable account balance on the Service.
"Bonus Credit": Promotional credit which is not withdrawable and not refundable.
"TXID": The blockchain transaction identifier for a deposit/withdrawal.

General Rules

2.1 Allocation upon reveal

Once a mystery box is revealed, the Service has allocated an Item. Because the allocation occurs immediately, refunds after reveal are limited to the specific eligible cases described below or as required by mandatory law.

2.2 Crypto payments

Deposits are crypto-only and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. We cannot reverse an on-chain payment after confirmation.

2.3 No refunds for market movement

Market prices fluctuate. Changes in market prices do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the allocated Item or its market value.
  • Exchange (sell-back) decisions you confirm — Exchange values are final at the moment of confirmation.
  • User mistakes such as sending funds on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or using unsupported assets.
  • Blockchain network congestion, chain reorganizations, or third-party wallet/provider issues outside our control.
  • Bonus Credit or promotional benefits.
  • Blockchain network fees and other non-recoverable third-party fees.

Eligible Cases (Limited)

Refunds or remedies may be considered only in limited situations:

4.1 Technical failure attributable to the Service

  • Confirmed payment received but the Service failed to allocate the purchased box due to a verified system error.
  • Duplicate charges recorded by the Service due to a verified technical error.

4.2 Shipping fulfillment problems (after you choose shipping)

  • Wrong item shipped (materially different from the allocated Item).
  • Item arrives materially damaged (beyond packaging wear).
  • Incomplete shipment (missing essential components).

These cases require timely reporting and evidence (see Section 6).

4.3 Other cases required by mandatory law

If mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.

Types of Remedies

In eligible cases, the appropriate remedy may include one or more of the following (at our discretion and where lawful):

  • Account correction (e.g. delivering the allocation, correcting a ledger error).
  • Re-shipment of the correct Item.
  • Crediting Withdrawable Balance.
  • In limited situations, a cryptocurrency refund to a wallet address you provide.

We may choose the remedy that best resolves the issue, taking into account feasibility, compliance, and legal requirements.

Shipping Issues: Reporting Window & Evidence

If you requested shipping and the delivered item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Contact support within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible).
  • Provide photos of the packaging and the item, plus tracking/delivery information.
  • Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Do not send items back without written return authorization and instructions from support.

How Approved Refunds Are Issued

If a refund is approved:

  • We may credit Withdrawable Balance and/or send a crypto refund to a wallet address you provide.
  • Refunds may be reduced by non-recoverable network fees and third-party provider fees.
  • We do not refund blockchain network fees.

Refund requests and refunds may be subject to verification, compliance checks, and security review.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include:

  • Your account email or username.
  • Relevant TXID and network (for deposits/withdrawals).
  • Order/reveal details (box name and timestamp).
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots/photos).

Abuse Prevention

We may refuse requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. We may restrict accounts in cases of abuse, including repeated false claims or attempts to manipulate account balances.

We may update this Policy and will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly.
